Dr. Justin Rossi was raised in Pasco County, where his father, Dr. Peter Rossi, has cared for the community as an interventional cardiologist for more than 30 years. Inspired by his father’s example, Dr. Rossi pursued medicine with the same dedication to healing and service.

After graduating from Harvard University, Dr. Rossi completed the highly competitive dual M.D.–Ph.D. program at the University of Florida College of Medicine, specializing in neuroscience. His research in brain stimulation earned numerous awards and established his early expertise in the science of neuromodulation. He went on to complete advanced psychiatry training at world-leading institutions including UCSF, Columbia University, and Weill Cornell—programs consistently ranked among the top in the nation.

Dr. Rossi’s dedication to innovation in psychiatry and neuromodulation has led to international recognition. He is the author of dozens of peer-reviewed articles, and, as faculty in the Department of Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine, served as co-investigator on landmark clinical trials in cutting-edge TMS, including accelerated TMS protocols for depression and OCD.

Now, Dr. Rossi has returned home to Tampa Bay to share this expertise with his community. At the heart of his practice is the belief that patients deserve both leading-edge treatment and genuine, compassionate care. By combining deep clinical knowledge with a warm, individualized approach, Dr. Rossi helps patients move toward lasting recovery and renewed quality of life.
